Pear Tree 14

The taste and texture of fresh pears enliven this fruit martini. Shake 3 ounces of Vodka 14 and an equal amount of fresh puree of pears in a martini shaker with ice (in the absence of a blender, organic pear nectar may be substituted). Pour strained mixture into a chilled martini glass. Sprinkle with fresh grinds of allspice and nutmeg. Serve with a whole cinnamon stick swizzle and garnish the edges of the glass with multicolored organic pear wedges.

Alpine Flower 14

This fresh, aromatic cocktail offers a taste of the alpine spring waiting beneath the snows. Shake 2 ounces of Vodka 14, 0.5 ounces of St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur and a generous squeeze of fresh lime over ice in a shaker. Strain into a pre-chilled martini glass. Float fresh edible organic violets on top. Garnish with a generous sprig of fresh, aromatic sage.

By the Fire 14er

A simple but delicious pleasure for cold nights beside the fire: prepare a tall steaming cup of 4 to 6 ounces of your favorite hot spiced chai. Add 1.5 ounces of Vodka 14, stir and top with a swirl of whipped cream. Sprinkle with finely-ground nutmeg or cinnamon to taste and add a whole cinnamon stick as a swizzle stick.
