An infusion is created by steeping Vodka 14 in fresh, natural ingredients such as fruits, herbs, teas, and spices. The vodka and the ingredients are placed together in a sealed jar or directly into the Vodka 14 bottle for a period of time, allowing the ingredients to impart rich, pure, completely natural flavors to the vodka, allowing for creative new flavors and fresh takes on classic vodka cocktails.

Exotic infused flavors and an oft-overlooked citrus fruit join forces to stave off the heat in this classy summer infusion. Place thin slices of fresh ginger and chopped fresh lemongrass, available from natural and Asian food markets, in a sealed container with Vodka 14 (the Vodka 14 bottle itself works nicely for this purpose). Steep at room temperature, infusing for about three to four days. Pour three ounces of the infusion into a martini shaker with ice and an equal amount of fresh tangerine juice. Shake and strain into a pre-chilled martini glass. Garnish with a segment of fresh tangerine and a sprig of mint.
