Vodka 14 Infusions

An infusion is created by steeping Vodka 14 in fresh, natural ingredients such as fruits, herbs, teas, and spices. The vodka and the ingredients are placed together in a sealed jar or directly into the Vodka 14 bottle for a period of time, allowing the ingredients to impart rich, pure, completely natural flavors to the vodka, allowing for creative new flavors and fresh takes on classic vodka cocktails.

Featured Infusion: Gingelet 14

A spiced-up twist on a refreshing vodka classic. Dice a three-inch piece of fresh ginger and infuse it in 500mL of Vodka 14 by placing the ginger directly in the bottle, or in another sealed glass container, and allowing it to steep at room temperature for 48 hours. To mix the cocktail, pour three ounces of the infused Vodka 14 and half an ounce of organic agave nectar in a shaker over ice. Simple syrup may be substituted if agave is not available. Strain and pour into a lowball glass over ice, topping off with an ounce and a half of sparkling water. Garnish with finely grated ginger.
